Wynkoop Street – This project is located off Wynkoop Street in the RiNo Art District. A 16-story High-Rise with 6 levels of parking garage (2 underground) with 182 units. Post-Tension deck construction utilizing a prefabricated panelized exterior system. Featuring over 15,000 sf of Amenity spaces including a fitness center, courtyard, rooftop pool & hot tub, massage room, bar lounge and 1,100 sf of future retail space. Started January 2022 and will be completed by first quarter of 2024.
