9th & Clermont is a renovation project, turning the historic Veterans Affairs Hospital into multi-family residential housing, with 493 units. In partnership with the National Historical Society, many of the historic features will be preserved while the remodeled units will have modern amenities, alongside public spaces such as a fitness center, theater, gaming lounge, and much more. The 9th & Clermont Project is intended to give a new look and use to a historic and locally significant structure, bringing the past and the future to the neighborhood of Hale in Denver, that has been on the rise for years.
