Kite Route Crossing is a three-story Type V A wood framed residential building consisting of 50 income and age qualified affordable rental units, representing the first development of its kind in the Town of Superior. The first level includes mechanically ventilated parking along with accessory spaces serving the residential units, including a fitness center, activity and community room, and a dedicated bike storage room. Levels two and three are comprised of residential dwelling units and are supported by a second-floor amenity deck. The 1.78-acre development site also features a soil nail retaining wall along the south side of the building, extending the full length of the structure.
