Closeout Services

I-Kota takes pride in our ability to implement and manage the procedures, training and coordination that are necessary for the smooth and efficient turnover of the project. We collect and submit to the operations and maintenance data for equipment, record drawings, warranties and bonds for equipment, keys, tools, list of trade contractors, vendors and other providers of services and their respective guarantees and warranties. We assist you the Owner in finalizing and obtaining all regulatory approvals. Finally, we consistently communicate with you throughout the warranty period to monitor the administration of warranty performance.
